Adele’s attraction to natural medicine began after many years of travel abroad, her time living in Italy opened her eyes to herbs and nutrition, using food as medicine, eating foods in season and enjoying everything in balance.

Her enthusiasm to learn more guided her back home to Perth where she studied at the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine, graduating with a Diploma of Herbal Medicine in 2004, receiving the MediHerb award for the Most Outstanding Graduate. After consulting as an Herbalist and running workshops at TAFE, the desire to extend her travels eventually had her returning to Italy.

Adele later returned to Perth and completed an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy in 2008 during which she was introduced to an international Acupuncturist with whom she had the privilege to learn the practice one-on-one (including 5 Elements Theory), leading to her completing a Certificate of Clinical Acupuncture.

Adele is continually extending her knowledge, frequently attending conferences and educational seminars and in 2010 also completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine.

Adele believes good health is a journey, each step bringing you closer to the person you aspire to be. She has made a positive change to many clients who desire improving their health and lifestyle and finding their perfect balance.
